Excellent customer service from 2000 miles away...

I live in Canada and was upset when I got a call that the patio window in my Phoenix home had been smashed. Who do you call? What do you do when you live 2000 miles away? I got lucky and called Mary with Best Glass. When I told her my predicament she was the voice of absolute "calm" and took care of every detail; and at a reasonable price I might add. Us Canadians are indeed polite, but do we ever appreciate service such as I received from Mary at Best Glass. I will be praising them to all of the folks I know who live in Phoenix. Oh, and I am a training facilitator for excellence in customer service and will be citing this story in my future classes. Way to go Best Glass! You're number 1 in my eyes.

Helped me out of a jam...

APPLAUSE to your crew who helped me out last Friday (before a holiday weekend) getting a new windshield installed after an accident Friday afternoon. The woman who first helped me on the phone was FABULOUS. She had someone out replacing my windshield in 90 minutes. The crew that came out was AMAZING! They were professional and did a great job on the install. You need to know that they were all incredible and really helped me out of a jam. You guys are AWESOME! Thanks.

I wanted to thank you for your continual excellent help and service. I recently brought in several small pictures and an unusual table top and once again received excellent service. You have replaced windows in my home, placed glass on my dining room table, fixed numerous paintings knocked over by my children and fixed table tops my cats continue to knock over. Last week we had to have our windshield replaced on our Honda CRV. Our insurance company recommended Best Glass. A few days after you completed the job I noticed a little plastic cover missing that covers the bolt holding the molding on. I called your office and Mary was very friendly and professional. She said she would have Mike call me ASAP. He called within a few minutes and was at my house within an hour. He didn't point fingers in any way, just guaranteed that he would take care of it. He thought he might have to replace the whole molding. He said he would check it out and get back to me. Within half an hour he was back at my door with the brand new part, snapped it on the molding and was off again. What a nice guy!! I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks to all at Best Glass. Will definitely recommend you to all I know.

Extremely professional...

I called in to obtain information on receiving a repair on two car power windows that no longer worked properly. I spoke with Mary in your auto glass division who advised me she would obtain the information for me and would call me back. And within THREE minutes, she did. She was extremely courteous and professional. I will be using Best Glass in the future and encouraging all others to do so. The A-PLUS rating with the BBB doesn't hurt either.

I just had your glazier install a mirror for me at my home and he was terrific. I have a lot of projects going on right now and so many of the people working for me have been anything but terrific. In fact, they've been mediocre at best. I really appreciated your employee. He was courteous and helpful and I wanted you to know.

Professional and very polite...

After having my car's door glass vandalized, I spoke with Mary and she was able to schedule the work for the same day. Miguel, the employee you sent out to do the job was fantastic, professional and very polite. He went the extra mile to clean out the broken glass from under the seats and on the seat itself. We just wanted you to know that we called to get the windshield on our 2007 Avalanche fixed today (2nd one in less than a month), and Mary went "above and beyond" to try to accommodate us! We really appreciated all her effort and thought you should know what an outstanding job she is doing.

Helped me arrange everything...

I had the back window of my car broken out and when I called, I talked to the nicest woman in your office who helped me arrange everything through my insurance company. The technician you sent out was polite and meticulous and I was blown away by his representation, enough so that I had to let you know. It says a lot about a company that is able to keep employees like that.

I've never decided to choose a glass company before, I just left it up to my insurance company, but I'm going to tell everybody about you all. As I look to do things like change out my shower doors and the like, I will absolutely remember you guys. Please feel free to use me as a reference.
