Best Glass, Inc. warrants installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to this Limited Warranty. Any problems caused by installation error, such as wind and water leaks, loose moldings and some stress cracks, will at the option of Best Glass, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own your vehicle. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must present your invoice as proof of repair or replacement by Best Glass.
This limited warranty does NOT cover leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing rust, structural damage, or other damage caused by vandalism or impact with foreign objects. If Best Glass has make chip repairs to your automotive glass and you are not satisfied with such repair, Best Glass will credit the cost of the chip repair toward replacement of the glass by Best Glass. In the event you request repair of rock chip or other damage caused by impact with foreign objects or by vandalism, you agree that Best Glass shall not be responsible for breakage that occurs in attempting such repairs.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR WINDSHIELD AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Best Glass is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass installed. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE.
Best Glass makes no other warranties of any kind and any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass by anyone other than Best Glass automatically voids this Limited Warranty. Any oral or written statement concerning the automotive glass install inconsistent with this Limited Warranty shall be of no force or effect.

FLAT GLASS
Best Glass, Inc. warrants installation of its residential and commercial glass systems, including windows, doors, mirrors and shower/tub enclosures to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to this Limited Warranty. Any problems caused by installation error, such as wind and water leaks*, and some types of stress cracks, will, at the option of Best Glass, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
*(Some water leaks do not apply to shower/tub enclosures.)
This Limited Warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year.
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing structural damage, or other damage caused by improper use, vandalism, installation of aftermarket tint films or impact with foreign objects.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE.
Best Glass makes no other warranties of any kind and any repair or attempt to repair the glass installed by any one other than Best Glass automatically voids this Limited Warranty. Any oral or written statement concerning the glass installation inconsistent with this Limited Warranty shall be of no force and effect.
